Our venue is perfect for such events. You can hire our venue for your group, or students, and conduct your event on our site as you wish.
With 10 acre grounds available with many relaxing private secluded spots by the brook, our barn, camping, our holiday cottage and some glamping accommodation too.
The Haybarn is set in beautiful unspoiled surroundings with breathtaking views. Organise, run and host your own private holistic event such as Yoga retreats, Breath work, Cacao ceremonies, Sound baths, Sweat Lodges, Men’s & Ladies Circles, Natural health, Ceremonies, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Team building, Nutrition, meetings, charity events and more.

The Haybarn is the hub for such events in Shropshire (near the border of Wales)
We love to see all that come to the Haybarn leave our facilities feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and with new tools on how to live a more balanced life, and newly created friendship.
About the local area
The Haybarn (also known as Brook House Farm) is the perfect venue for you and your students.
Our retreat venue is in the heart of the Shropshire Hills an area
of outstanding natural beauty to create the perfect antidote to stressful urban life.
The Private fields are situated in an area free of noise, no air traffic, or trains, in a peaceful setting on the outskirts of the small village of Wall Under Heywood.
With stunning countryside and many walks you can relax, restore & replenish on every level to bring about total well being whatever the weather.
A relaxing place with onsite accommodation
Our Camping & Glamping section is bordered by a beautiful brook and offering far reaching views onto the local hills. We large fire pit areas which can be used in the evening.
It is a fantastic place for relaxing and reconnect with nature.
Another popular outdoor area we have available is a secluded private spot by the river.
We have toilets, showers, camping pitches, glamping pods, and a cottage.
Locally
There are countless walks on our doorstep, with the Caradoc will a walk away, as well as the well known Wenlock edge. 4 miles away is Church Stretton with the famous Long Mynd.
A perfect place to get away from it all. There is a Tennis court nearby and lovely walks over the hills !
If you wish to do group walks, we will show you several possible walks right on the doorstep.
Anything form gentle 30 minute walks, to lengthier 3-5 hour walks with fantastic views.
Facilities & Accommodation
When you hire our venue you will have full exclusivity during the hire period so that only your small group is on site, providing you with a very private and intimate experience.
We provide modern large walk in showers, and toilet facilities / disabled toilets, electricity onsite, and drinking water & washing up area.
When you hire our grounds you will have full optional access and exclusive use of all the campsite and two camping pods which are heated and insulated. (please see the page on pods on our website for info).
We can also supply a number of Bell Tents which can be supplied with / without beds . Or why not simply pitch a tent or bring a small campervan ?
Local YHA group accommodation.
The local YHA has up to 48 beds and can be hired exclusively.
This is a stunning historic building (Wilderhope Manor) and is only 2 miles away.
We can also accommodate up to 100 tents on another field.
