At the Haybarn we love weddings with a difference.

If a traditional hotel reception with other hotel guests around the hotel, gym or leisure facilities  is with all manners of up-sales, and endless restrictions is not you thing. If you prefer a layback DIY wedding that you can build as you wish with no stress you have indeed came to the right place !

You can hire The Haybarn and all of the grounds totally exclusively for you Celtic / Pagan wedding!
We offer a very limited number weddings each year.  Limited to just  3 weddings each year !

If you wish to hire our beautiful and affordable alternative venue exclusively for your
Pageant style or handfasting wedding then we would love to discuss the possibilities and options of a private booking.

We have a ZERO Alcohol policy for weddings. 

Prices:
– Starts at just  £2495 for a weekday wedding , up to 35 people,
– Full weekend wedding £4350 (3 day venue hire), up to 90 people

What is included with the weekend package:
– Exclusive hire of the entire venue for 3 days ! (Max 90 people)
– Enjoy a slow pace, longer and more relaxed wedding,
– Start Midday Friday (set up & decorate – until 9pm)
– Saturday wedding until 11pm,
– Sunday clean up (DIY) and  check out 1pm

Accommodation:
– 2x Glamping PODS accommodation on Fri & Sat night,
– 4x Camping Pitches (8 people) on Saturday,
– Optional Glamping Bell tents on Fri & Sat night,
– Shower block for the glamping guests,

Also:
– Outdoor Ceremony under the Gazebo,
– Use of the woodland for alternative ceremony / chill out area,
– 2x Further meeting & Site visits before your wedding,
– Private parking spaces on site,
– Some outdoor Pub Benches and Bistro tables,
– Optional in House Sound system,
– Portable Outdoor Bluetooth Speakers (by request),
– Jumbo Cast Iron Fire pit & Light up service,
– Access to second Fire pit by the brook,
– Plenty of Kiln Dried firewood for the main Firepit
– Electrics & water supply to the wedding field,
– Music plays until 11pm, Doors and Gates close at Midnight,
– We can put you in touch with recommended bars.

-Bookings taken after 1st Jan 2026 have a price increase of 6%
-Bank holidays are £350 additional cost.
-Bookings are taken up to 12mths ahead.
